Finding a good housing

It's hard to find a proper housing, that is stable. Most of the places here require you to move frequently from one place to another.
Detailed Description
It's common in Auropville to move houses. If its due to the expiration date of the housesitting or too big costs for guesthouses, it's hard to find a peace of heart when you need to move a lot. It's especially hard to find a stay during the high season and it's a common problem for a lot of people here. I would think there are many houses in which potentially one could move in but it's not well organised so they can also be actually utilised by Volunteers, Newcomers and Aurovillians. It would be great to find a solution around that.
